Madhuri dixit Madhuri dixit, an Indian actor who has been known for her roles in Hum Aapke Hain Kun (Beta Saajan) and Beta Saajan is one of the most adored Indian actors. The 80s were when she started her acting career and was a hit with her role of Tezaab where she was portrayed by veteran actor Anil Kapooor. In her next film Dil, Aamir Khan appeared with her. In Mumbai where she grew up, she was within a middle class family parents. From a very early age, she began to learn dance. When she was young, she started acting but struggled as many films she made were unpopular. However, she eventually achieved success and eventually became one of the best actresses in the Indian film industry. After her wedding, she took a career break prior to returning to the entertainment industry. Dixit was the main character as a lead actress in Gulaab Gang, a film about women's struggles in India. Dixit is nominated to win 15 Filmfare Awards, out of which she won eight. Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian award awarded to civilians in India, was bestowed upon Dixit. Her fame is based on her involvement in social work too.
